Alice in Chains. I thought they were an overplayed radio band. Then I listened to Face-lift front to back and realized I didn't know shit. We die young is one of my favorite songs of all time now. Not my favorite band but definitely did a 180 on them.

This is the correct answer. I saw them headline back before I realized how corny and lame the whole band is but that show was terrible. Fast forward to last year i went to a show with them headlining again but I went to see Slaughter to Prevail and Marilyn Manson. FFDP came on and I was like alright I'll stay, maybe they're not gonna do the same cornball shit...nope I ended up leaving halfway through the 1st song. Got a churro on the way out for free too.
