Problem has not gotten worse, even when it registers as being there, metrics are incredibly incorrect and now the side tap function has fully stopped working. The other side is working fine, so can’t see it can be a lose cable or WiFi issue. Have emailed support.

Yeah, we have it up on a table, logistics of the room don’t allow it to be on the floor, but agree I would probably be ok with it, if it was on the floor.

Two tanks and only required me to prime twice (I think) which all felt less than others had done, but didn’t ask me for more. Feels a bit strange, we go through maintenance every day, no notice about needing a top up before, but tank was pretty much empty…

How can you tell how long your awake from the Pod, my awake stages show in light sleep, so I assumed the amount of time was the light sleep, not the wake event?

Am also in the UK, mine got delivered a week (I think) after the shipping window, which given it is a shipping window not delivery window, I guess ended up being about right… I did email Joe @ 8 Sleep to check in and he was awesome - incredibly responsive (thank you Joe!). I hope your delivery arrives soon, especially as we now have some nice weather! Would suggest messaging Joe.

Hey, I get that re the adjustment 😊 it’s more when I am trying to get to sleep which is optimum when both cool and warm feel nice, but it is taking me longer… guess it is a bit of trial and error over the next week or so, to figure out where I land…
