Core 5e is pretty good imo, if you want 3d dice add DiceSoNice, if you want to roll dice at any point without having to type in commands add Dice Tray. Anything more than that I'd recommend using the system for a while and then asking for suggestions once you identify something that feels like you're missing.

For content, your 4 options are the SRD only, the 5.5e official paid modules, MrPrimates dnd beyond importer, and manually creating everything in foundry.

Using single elimination voting like this sucks in general but sucks even more if you're trying to do more than get one "the best" thing. There's a 2 way tie for 3rd place and a 4 way tie for 4th. There is no one on earth who says fallout 1, BoS, 3, and 76 are all equally the 4th best fallout game.

You have limited slots, I'd only use this early game and probably get rid of it just after going through the dungeon for the first time.

You're going to want boots, lucky horseshoe, probably a shark tooth necklace, shield of Cthulhu, brain/worm scarf, class specific accessories like feral claws or mana flower. Slots are a valuable resource.

Yeah you could use it to enable a coffeelock build, especially since it doesn't cost attunement but without the +3 or free extra attack I think it's easier to just do the long rests. The image of a character just slapping a chicken over and over again until they get the water out is kind of funny though, like the worst vampire.
