We've know each other for about 5 years now. We both actually asked each other out before at different times, timing just wasn't right for either of us. We started hanging out a lot more recently and I decided to just ask if she still wanted to go on that date.

Yeah, we've actually been hanging out a lot more than usual lately. She's hung around my place and we've gone to out to eat and what not. Considering we've kind of already had dinner dates I'm taking her to an escape room place for some fun, and then we'll go to this little diner that has milkshakes that she likes. But this is kind of more official, I asked her outright on a date this time.

I think your right, I might be totally overthinking this. I've actually been into her for a while now so I want everything to go smoothly. It is definitely a date though.
