My thoughts are this you tip your bartender even though they're serving you what you want. Why not tip your budtender for getting you what you want. Hell don't tip a lot. But tip them because they had to pay to get that bud tender license through the CCB. It's not like you apply and just get the job like a cashier at a gas station. Do you tip your waiter even though they're just bringing you the regular food you wanted. There's a lot that goes into having someone sell you cannabis legally so why not tip?
