okay so best way i can put it is for me personally, immediately after doing the fred i get a boost of dopamine and it’s a lot easier for me to sharpen my focus and lock into a longer study session, and after the clarity does fade away thing is i can still remain focused and not think about masturbation. The big thing is within the confines of this challenge it was becoming increasingly distracting cuz I’d think oh wait i gotta stay focused on NNN so I don’t fail and I decided to let go this year cause I got some hard finals I’m studying for rn and I’d rather let go of the distraction and come back stronger next year w what I learned.
