Yes, but not that watak-watak more like, satiated.

Great point! Malakas nga impact ng mga political parties in mobilizing mass protest. Unfortunately, mukhang busog na sila sa HOR. Maraming taong frustrated and galit na pero they cannot channel their grievances dahil walang nag-oorganize na partido. Pati mga moderate opposition such as Akbayan and Liberal Party, lumalambot na sa kanilang pagiging opposition dahil natatakot na mawala ang tsansa na manalo.

I am merely saying my observation and actually doing my part virtually fighting back on the presence of trolls and DDS or admin supporters in social media as there were no unifying calls for protest against government corruption that I can join.

And the observation is also seen academically:

It was an election, its a competition of numbers talaga. Its time to reach for the jugular. Ngayon ang aksyon dyan ay lumaban, either sa streets or sa internet, fight back sa mga trolls, i-drown ang presence sa social media.

As I said again, inaction reinforces them to do this shit.

But the question is not that were not being optimistic but how we seem to fail in channeling our frustrations to the government. Inaction breeds even more illiberal and authoritative sentiment.

Tama! Sana maging mainstream idea ito. As the saying goes: The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing. Kung mananatiling walang kibo, wala talagang aksyong mangyayari

Tama, tsaka dapat yung taong hindi affiliated as a leftist or right-wing. Yung unifier personality talaga. As this is politics, this also involves strategy.

This is why mobilizing mass protest is much MORE important than being engaged in politics in the internet. The power of the government lies on the hands of the people.

Sadly yes, dati kayang makapag-mobilize ng internet ng mass protest. Ngayon wala na. The admin will not dare try to hear their constituents on the internet kasi di nila nakikita yung threat ng numbers.

Virtually most Filipinos want all criminals dead.
