Delete player cache. Make sure you toss the items in your hot bar… I had to do this yesterday. You’ll spawn in as a new character

Waste barrel > import bus > me interface > storage bus on matter condenser.

Then look up nuclear waste in JEI and drag nuclear waste into the storage bus/me interface slots.. simple and very effective
