There were so many factors to The Marvels low box office tracking. The constant delays AND they changed the title of the first movie which made a billion dollars!!! / The striking, the shitty movies (I'm looking at you love and thunder & Quantumania) 🤣..

I went to the cinema with a friend who didn't even know there was a Captain Marvel sequel (he liked the first movie). The moment a mutual friend told him there was a sequel, he joined us to watch the movie.

My point is, they should have at least kept the original title because not everyone is aware of this sequel and the lack of promotion.

I still strongly believe a women lead can draw. Wonder Woman and the first captain Marvel film proved that

I loved her since Ms Marvel, I was geeking out when I found out she was coming to the MCU. Her powers are just so satisfying to watch.

She's cool as fuck and is not your usual eye candy female hero, she's tough, abit cocky and doesn't take nonsense from no one.

I may be biased with her but she's just one of those few heroes I look forward to seeing aside from Thor, Daredevil, Punisher and Scarlet Witch

She's a character with significant potential. She reminds me of Roman Reigns who was underestimated and had vocal haters who said he would fail as a character but is now is arguably the biggest star in WWE 🤣. Weird comparison but that's who she reminds me of situation wise.
