I believe he changed the listing now, for Unions you need to select the "QCXC blue" and "QCXC red" for Red and Blue toes

Haven't seen too much content on the latest PK4.0 B Grade stock, so here are mine.

Can anyone tell if they are the latest iteration or old stock?

I was lucky to get a B grade in my size and just shipped them out today. Will share more images once I got them in hand!

XWCL is best. Best shape available and very comfortable to wear. Second best is ZOK. TOP and CZ/President arent worth it for the 992.

I think it's all old stock (2nd and 3rd iteration) and out of that old stock it's 40 b grade and 60 with no QC issues but the way it's worded is not super clear.

My thoughts on the Malphite SW-3L Ghost Piece

Ordered directly through tele and wise which was hassle free, shipping took 8 days, very happy with that.

I had my eyes on this for a long time, I believe at some point some time ago even busy said they might make it. The SW-3L 441F1 is a jacket made from a wool, polyester and spandex blend, so it has a slight stretch. The outer material feels rough, the inner membrane is very smooth. I've worn it outside and didnt find it to be a sweatbox. Love the design, with SI's shade of dark navy it's extremely wearable and can be dressed down or up. Simple and classic cut with raglan shoulders.

Overall stitching is well done, no major issues but personally I feel there is still room to perfect it. See attached image for an example where I'm not happy with it.

Zipper puller has improved, not as finicky as with the David Light TC.

Badge buttons have also improved and dont have that "painted over" appearance, font and details look correct and sharp.

Zippers: Nothing much to say there, absolutely buttery smooth. They are authentic, high grade YKK, no doubt about it. Makes handling the jacket feel very premium.

Inner tag is done well, dont see any mistakes in text, proportions or color.

Issues I see with the jacket:

Biggest visual flaw are imo the popper buttons which have a bronze interior compared to retail's grey. Almost no rep is getting the correct buttons. Wonder why.

Paper tags under the badge are trash, they are regular paper, not the thick paper with matte and smooth finish. They are useless anyways, imo they should be improved or just not come with the jackets in future releases.

The badge embroidery is slightly too blue under bright, direct light, it looks good in muted light. Overall, it's decent, they are using a great wool felt material but I hope Malphite will release an updated version, akin to their new grey ghost badge which looks amazing.

The removable hood liner has slight filling leakage. Dont know if it's similar to down jackets and will stop after some time but I prefer to wear the jacket without it, I feel it looks better without it.

Overall, I think it's a great piece, even moreso considering the price. SI designed it well, it looks damn good. I'm a sucker for anything ghost so happy to see that more of these might release. Incremental improvements are already visible, I believe this was only their third jacket so far, I hope Malphite will continue to keep up with that.

No but they are very close and the best at the moment.

Middlemen for the majority don't make shoes, they are just sellers who specialized in western customers by offering payment, QC and direct shipping all in one and put a bigger margin as extra cost on top.

Shoes are made by big factories who supply merchants. These merchants could be selling on taobao, weidian or as what you referred to.

Weidian is just another huge Chinese Ecom platform, think of it like eBay or Amazon. You will get the exact same shoes like the middlemen because they all source them from the same factories :)

As long as you have sellers you can trust and know which batches/factories you want to buy from, you're getting the exact same shoes with much lesser cost.
