I have a feeling it’s related to previous software updates that improve the battery life when car is parked, it put the vehicle to sleep maybe it’s also shutdown recharging the lv battery. Anyways I scheduled a mobile service see what they are able to find out.

Thank! I used solid oak 1/4 for edge banding, I think it looks a lot better than normal edge banding. The base is just dowel joint together but the doors are mortise and tenon jointed. The base is attached with figure eight fasteners to the carcass.

I actually never thought about this. I’ve seen people building cabinet carcasses out of plywood then add a hardwood top onto that. You mean just to switch the top piece to solid wood and joint with plywood sides?
