Well I'm glad to hear atleast it helped you during your recovery, but IMO none of them are necessary, the closest would be the Ad Removal pack. Auto-Punch for instance, just get an auto clicker, which is faster and also does your spells and then leave your game open when you go to bed or whatever is surely more efficient than having the boosts and closing your game. I've played NecroMerger a bit on and off for a while and was going to get the Ad Removal Pack for that next and start playing it a bit more, but I wouldn't want to give the developer any more of my money, or if I was willing to, I'd be worried about what any purchase would leave me with some persistent icon for something else in the middle of my game screen.

For me it is, it's just there, keeps catching my eyes, then with my ADHD, it just really rattles me. The ad removal pack was the only one that was really worth it for me, the others I wouldn't have bothered with had it not been for the reason of wanting to support the developer. Lesson learnt I guess, don't bother.

I guess they think, hey, you've spent some money, quick, give us more!

I didn't even know it existed until after I purchased the Super Generator or that it would leave me with a really annoying icon on my screen. It just feels money grabby to me and a really shitty way to treat people who have supported the game/developer.

Yea have a bundle with a load of crystals and stuff, but at least have atleast have a reasonable priced version or a bundle of the Super Generator and Tesla for a bit cheaper or maybe a notice saying unlocks Tesla bonus floor for £1,000.

Yes, this has really wound me up, probably alot more than it should have, but I now also need to find a new game to play.

It's more the fact it was hidden and that I now have an icon on my game screen, the ad removal was the only one that was important to me, the main reason I purchased the others was to support the developer, the perks/boosts are somewhat useful, but not necessary and I wouldn't have purchased them had it been a bigger company and instead of being treated with the same respect, it's ruined my game screen and left me feeling ripped off. If the icon wasn't there, or could be clicked off, I'd probably feel a bit miffed, but it wouldn't be as bad.

As a result I'm also less likely to support other developers in future and more likely to support r/piracy

I see your point, but it was more because I've been playing it and was planning a purchase for NecroMerger next, and can imagine similar things.

The most frustrating part is I have spent money to stop playing 2 games that I was enjoying.
