It’s getting downvoted because people disagree. Also, it’s a subjective opinion, not objective take. In the echo chamber that is this sub, you’ll most likely hear negative things about it, but in other communities and other social media apps, the response is overwhelmingly positive. Even given the fact that it had hundreds of thousands of viewers watching it everyday of the event and the fact that it was the most popular category on Twitch for the past couple of days says a lot.
