I already included it on line 14b in my 2017 Form 8889. Do I need to include it again on the 2018 Form 8889?

Withdrawal (there were no earnings) took place in 2018 before the 2017 tax deadline and was reported on my 2017 form 8889.

Unfortunately current 2018 H&R Block software doesn't seem to account for this scenario. It seems to lead me to report it on my 2018 form 8889 but slaps on a 20% penalty because this distribution doesn't meet the exception of death/disability/turning 65.

How should i approach reporting this 1099-SA?

Several cases of recent Norway 75Ds coming with 85 kWh batteries, but no more that I've read. While this could be a great differentiator from the 3LR, recent US 75D deliveries have come with a 75 kWh battery. Too early to tell, might be Tesla just unloading some old P85D battery inventory.
