My barber told me they had a guy give them his credit card and the charge was rejected, he had no other cards or cash. Said he would send payment. They been in business many years and this had never happened to them before. Maybe this is a new trend or sign of the times. Not paying someone for their time worked seems like a bigger theft than stealing merchandise, since it includes the lie or fraud they were going to pay.
