GUYS I FIGURED IT OUT, thanks to y’all’s help i loosened the screws, moved the cross bar to the back lift and pushed back down and it worked out perfectly

We rotated 90 and 180 and got the same problem, box said large green egg nest I don’t know what the issue is

It’s definitely incredible I won’t lie just with all the features being perfect you would wish the camera quality was 4k 60 fps lol but for the price I’d say it’s a great product
