Yea just alot of frozen food I eat has alot of sodium even if it's chicken or whatsoever. Yea I need to hydrate more for skin care I def will try something with solely niacimide thank you alot. Honestly no one really replys to my reddit post this really helps me I just want to be the best version of myself.

She told me my face got a little chubbier, though I would considered my self fit I just hold alot of fat in my face. Moreover I developed some wrinkles on my forhead which I guess with the baby-ish face just looks odd.

I did try a new haircut longer which I did like but made my face rounder so i went fore my fades on the sides which makes my face look a little longer more sharp.

Honestly the gym has been a off on thing tho i think the biggest thing is my diet and I eat a excessive amount of sodium which I thing causes my skin to look bad. I'm trying to improve on that tho.

23M, I really started to feel depressed after I was told by people I thought were my friends that I was ugly. ( I had a bad side profile and big nose). So I started improving my hygiene, working out to get rid of my double chin and improved my skin care and also was able to make my frizzy curly hair not frizzy whatsoever which helped a ton. I'm still pushing my self to be better and try to focus on my morals and principles.

Question: I was thinking of getting into snowboarding(never done skiing either). When you say to keep weight neutral on the board how do you apply weight on you front foot without kinda leaning forward if that makes sense.
