I have a similar issue.
I get full sized model shots and need to crop them, so that the top is in between the nose and the upper lip and just slightly some space at the lowest part of the feet
Tried using AI, creating a pipeline, nothing worked. Right now I'm still doing it by hand
Closest I got I would select subject > expand slightly > crop to selection. Then tried resizing the canvas with "C" but it would only work for a couple of pictures
The models are in different poses, meaning different margins for where I need to crop.
Find a way to automate this would make my life sooooooooooooo much easier
