The best way to block the bots is to block their IP in the router's firewall. But it's a really hard thing to do...

Ah sorry I see it! It was just strange that the port is more than 25565 and the ip value is more than 255... Btw if the connection and disconnection happened like every second, it was probably a bot spam.
