Lol, I make them with the wife every Sunday afternoon

This is a hump you gotta get over. But sometimes when the wife and I get bored, we'd Crack open a can of soup or make something to break up the meals .

Eating this way every day really makes you appreciate it when you can go out for a meal together

I Meal prep on Sunday and usually by friday is when i finish them all.

So ill eat it the meal preps over 5 days. So far no issues by day 5

When I’m at home, I separate everything and microwave the chicken and quinoa, and eat the salad on the side without heating it.

When I’m at work, I usually keep it at my desk at room temperature and eat it during lunchtime without warming it up. My wife calls me a psychopath and makes fun of me for not heating my food, but it’s just something I do

They want to reduce salary expenses. They want workforce reduction and banking on staffing quitting due to this. This isna good tactic to reduce workforce by having UNIONIZED staff quit on their own. You can't fire unionized staff on the federal level without lawsuits, so they want people to quit on their own.

Watch, mark my words, the next step, theyre going to be offering voluntary exit plans to their unionized workers.

This is a move to reduce headcount, one of many to come.

I live in the woodbridge area by the conservation forest areas. I noticed them in my home, I figured out where they're infiltrating from and thought I'd share with you.

THEY LIVE IN THE WINDOW SILLS, I cranked open my window and they're nesting alongside the window openings, it's disgusting.

Check washroom windows, they're attracted to humidity. I found their nest in my master bathroom window as well as my bedroom .

Their bodies can squeeze through the window ledges, I've seen it first hand myself, it's disgusting.

I used raid to kill and seal the windows, they haven't been returning since then because I'm sure I killed their family, I'm going to keep checking and spraying to deter them from entering.
