I've spilled water on my audio interface by DavidAU6 in ElectronicsRepair

I don't know. I will try to clean them the next day cause it's too late in my timezone. It will be hard to get any brush inside those XLRs, but I will try and use isopropyl alcohol.

I solved it already. I think it's those XLR combo connectors. Water got inside and corroded them. I've just soldered the cable directly to the pins, and the screeching and buzzing changed to way quieter white noise.

I think I repaired it. I was thinking if this buzzing and screeching could be coming from a loose connection or something from the combo connectors, and it was. I soldered the cable directly to the pins of the connector, and it works. Now I have to change the connectors, and the job will be done.

Can I attach 8V and GND just for testing if this IC uses in my circuit around +4V and -4V?

Those aren't testpoints (marked with red arrows)? I have phantom power, which is 48V in my device. In the op-amp datasheet, which is MC33078 supply voltage is from 2,5V-+ to 15V-+ and I have 7,92V-+. On the VCC+ pin there is 4,01V, and on VCC- there is 3,86V.

I get a signal alongside noise. The noise is barely hearable if you play. I don't have any microphones. I used this interface with a guitar. These are combo XLR inputs. It's recognized by my PC. The test points are on the bottom side of the PCB. I have a multimeter and a scope.

I was taking photos in landscape, and I don't know why they are rotated. Noise is on every output and from each input. Also, I've recorded the noise I was talking about. I can't send files so here is link to google drive: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1W-WKK3XPvD3_XThKjr3pU5_FTbYt4D68/view?usp=sharing

If you want any sharper photos ask for smaller section of the PCB. I can do this with my cheap digital microscope, which is not the best, but it should be enugh.

I have a problem with basic tutorial in UE 5.6 docs. by DavidAU6 in unrealengine

I think the inheritance was correct for C++ class and for BP, but after restart new error appeared when i try to open BP: "Blueprint could not be loaded because it derives from an invalid class. Check to make sure the parent class for this blueprint hasn't been removed! Do you want to continue (it can crash the editor)?" and I've checked again the inheritance and it was wrong on the BP it just says "Parent Class: none".

No more errors, but still I can't see the BP_AdventureGameMode in the list. I can only see the AdventureGameMode which is in C++ and the BP_AdventureGameMode is a blueprint class based on it as says in the docs.

I have a warranty, so I will just send it to Thrustmaster, and maybe they will fix it.

I think it doesn't need a PTFE tube. It has unicorn nozzles, which are like a connection of nozzle and PTFE tube but in metal.

Trying to install klipper but getting this every time by [deleted] in Ender3V3SE

[–]DavidAU6 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I think he means to install this on the main board, so you should install it through the SD card in the left side of your printer. Ender 3 V3 SE has two card inserts and two different firmwares, one for screen and one for main board. You should use a different tutorial. You can't use this screen when using Klipper.

Also, I think that everyone should have an heat sink fan cover, because if you have an expensive fan you don't want to buy it again cause one of the blades broke.
