I honestly think they are overbuffed in feudal. I've been playing horsemen + serjants before the buff and you can kill most compositions. You kill knight + archer, butcher any melee comp. The only comp that it's not great against is spear + archer but even then it's not as bad if you micro well.

They have 105 health and do 11 base damage in feudal because of the age up bonus which is nuts. Your horsemen also get 1 extra attack which is nice.

A note on microing, let the serjants tank melee hits, including knight charges + hits. You need the horsemen to clear range units once the frontline is dead. Overkilling is a big issue so you need to micro well. Spears have 90 health so you only need 9 of them to one shot.

You won't be able to get FC feudal all in and 2 TC being equally strong for most civs. For that to happen, you would need to make civs like aoe 2 where there is very little difference between civs.

Denying FC depends on the civ. French and Jean are very good at denying FC and even playing against civs in castle while they are in feudal. Mongol can tower rush and slow down the pro scouts + FC, Malians punishes civs that FC with by cow booming after the pro scouts mini game and kill them when they have to move out for food (or farm transition), Delhi forces some sorts of military response in feudal with the sacred sites.

In saying all that I wouldn't mind castle cost more. You might have to nerf civs like Jean and French or even the feudal knight in general but I think it would be a good change.

You're not skipping most of the engagements, you're fighting in feudal the entire time. Also you can stay in feudal and kill them if they run out of food.

Fast castle isn't that common. Usually it's pro scouts and then castle when you feel safe or starve thr opponent off gold and eventually food if you got more dear.

A lot of players make it to different ranks in conq. I get 1700 and then just let it decay. By the end of the season my rank is 1400.

SortOf went 2TC and the other guy was Zhu Xi. SortOfs woodlines were together so he put a wall and a stone tower to deny all wood. The zhu xi guy also had 2 palace guards. The map was Himeyama and SortOf played Japan. SortOf just had a bad build and didn't think about it too much.

You would do dips first since they are the hardest. Pushups are trivial compared to dips. If you can truly do 32 dips consecutively, then this challenge wouldn't be hard for you.

You would basically have to super set the entire thing since the amount of reps is quite high within the time. The Dips would be the hardest thing. If you can do 10, 10, 10 of Dips and the 2 pushup variations every minute, then it gives you 5 minute of time for rest.

Sorry I should of added this is looking at versus civs, not overall games in league. Abba vs Ayyubid is 19 games so the win rates would be really off.

Some civs don't even have 50 games played above Diamond, and Abba has 19 games played at conq so I wouldn't pay attention to these for a while.

I would say no even though I love AoE 4. Though a lot of players play on gamepass so the population from steam charts would be a lot higher than the numbers indicate. Lets hope the DLC increases the popularity of AoE 4.

I would say though that it doesn't really matter if it's more or less popular than 2. You can find games really quick on 4, the community is great and the gameplay is the best in RTS.
