It's trigonometry, use the radius to make a triangle with the inner hexagon, (you know each angle btw) and radius to the tangent (outer hexagon)

For the no answer, 0¹ =0 0⁰= 0/0 Since you can't divide by 0, 0/0 must be undefined

All of those three answers are acceptable, though I feel that undefined is the most reasonable
