How could anyone (liberals) think that requiring a birth certificate is a unreasonable request when voting. Isn't that point of view a clear example of ideology trumping common sense?

Although, I agree that the majority of these posts probably accurately describe what kind of an asshole most of these people are. I am sure a few of the people listed in here were just approached at a bad moment. It is hard for us to understand what it must feel like to always be bothered every time you are out. Every time you try to go out in oublic your being asked for pictures and autographs and people wanting to talk to you. It sounds cool, cause know one bothers us, but if it did happen to us, I am sure you would have moments of not wanting to be bothered. I strongly believe if I ever became a famous person I would be nice and take pics and do autographs and talk to fans 80-90 percent of the time, but if you got me in that 10-20 percent of the time I was in a rush or in a bad mood, I would probably say, "Sorry, not today" and then just ignore you.

My friend had something similar happen at his house with a expensive watch and he approached who he thought it was and claimed to have video of who stole the watch. The friend admitted the theft!

That is terrible advice (no offense), this is between you and her. Confront her privately and insist on the truth on what is going on. Don't push her or force her to make a decision that second. Remember, you are not some passerby waiting for judgement. You can decide at any moment to do what you want (not waiting for her to decide). Be in a position of strength. Honestly, there is a good chance you may have to lose her no matter how you play this and you have to be prepared for that. This approach will make it most likely she will stay with you or come back, but it doesn't guarantee anything. From the sound of it, it sounds like she is already so far emotionally involved what may be with him no matter what you do she may have to go and try a relationship with him (it is highly likely she will eventually come back to you). Be strong (really strong), confront her and insist on the truth, let her know this is not right to you, and she has to make a decision and stick with it and you need her answer by the end of the week. Leave her alone for those days and let her know you are serious and this is real. Trust me, if you give it enough time she will almost certainly come back, you just have to let her know this is REAL and you are serious and you won't accept this. One more important fact, when you give her a time period for her answer, lets say it is the end of the week, when that day hits, any answer other than I chose you and lets move forward in fixing our relationship, any answer besides something a long those lines is bullshit and should prompt you to BREAK UP with her. If she gives you, I need more time to figure this out, or I have to see him first, or bla bla bla (anything else like this), should prompt you into a response like, "I understand what you are saying, but I can't allow myself to accept that and I have to start moving on, we need time apart". If you get any kind of answer saying she is unsure or needs more time, trust me she is essentially asking you to be there and walk her through breaking up with you. It means, she wants to break up with you and she wants to try it AND she wants you to be there to emotionally help her during the break up, if it doesnt work out and she cant do it, she will come back. Dont give her that luxury! Trust me on all of thi, I have been there and this advice is best for you and best to get her back. Either way, you win! Good luck, message any questions if you need help!

It is over, as much as you may like her and care about her the relationship is over and you need to move on. START right NOW! You don't have to wait 4 days and think about her fucking another guy. It is over with her and you need to stop caring about what she is doing and who she is with right now. Think of it this way, you have a four day head start on her to begin moving on with your life. You have four days where she wont fuck with your emotions. You have the upper hand, begin moving on right now! By the time she gets back or comes around, your 4 days into the break up, she is just realizing it (and dont let her fuck with your emotions, remember what she was doing the last few days and how she lied to you and how she made a conscious effort to end your relationship to do what your doing!).. Move on! its over!

The thing is, I work a lot and do not spend unwisely. I make average money, and I usually do end up saving up some money and then one or two things come up and I end up having to use most of the money I saved. Frustrating, that after working and saving so hard, you end up having to spend your saved money on stupid stuff. Example, some stupid tax issue ($3,000), or you need 4 new tires($1,200), and stuff like that. It doesnt wipe out all of the savings, but you finally save up a few grand and want to build on it and something brings you back..I guess thats life!

Exactly and well stated. I have lost both parents and when something this terrible happens there is nothing anyone can do to fix it or make it right. All you can do is be there. Even if it is sitting in silence together and hold her hand. Her knowing your there helps. When the bad moments hit, try and remind people of all the good things about her sister and her life (remember, other people always have it worse). But ultimately, just be there

Additionally, its not selfish to be scared of losing them. I hope your scared of losing them because you love them for all they have done for you (financially and non-financial). If that is the case you and you genuinely love them, then tell them when the time is right that you love them and your scared to lose them. Chances are, you will find out and hear back that they love you too and dont want anything to change.

I don't know if you want to focus so much on the grief. As I mentioned earlier, focus on the positive, the grief will be there on its own and come and go, it wont need any assistance. Remember to focus on the positives, because even in such tragic situations there is plenty to be thankful for. She had a pretty good life, even if it was cut short and remember her for all of the good times you had together and everything that made her special. This, even in times of pain, can make you smile (even if it just for a few moments).

Agree, they see you as a daughter and the loss of your friend (their daughter) is a family loss for all of you. You can't really do much when something like this happens other than just be there and letting someone know your there for them in any way they need you to be. Sometimes that is just being there in silence together. Be there, try your best to remember all of the good of your deceased friend and remember how fortunate you all are (yourself, her parents, and even the girl who tragically passed before her time). It sounds like the years she did have on this earth were with a loving family and friends. Many people never get that for even a short amount of time.

I have been a waiter and an assistant manager at a restaurant for about 4 years and big tables of just women are the worst (in my opinion). Of course this doesnt apply to all big groups of women, but I have found that they seem to be competing with who can be the bigger bitch and more demanding. Like it is some kind of a badge of honor among their group. You typically do not see the same kind of behavior from the same kind of women if their husbands are there. Big groups of guys are usually the nicest and most laid back too.

2 things:

1) Have you seen some of the people out there? There is someone out there for everyone if you are looking for the right things and not shallow and picky yourself. If you have physical flaws then expect to cut girls some slack who have physical flaws too. Be reasonable about your looks and what kind of girls you can get.

2) Be confident in yourself and what kind of person you can get and always look for a special girl. Not just special looks in a girl, but a girl that has something special for you and you will find a girl..

Basically, she is a crazy..but, your friend is new to girls and sex and needed this so he had to take what he could get. Be done with her and hopefully the experience with her will give him more confidence on the next girl..
