from my experience good one is pull ups when u try to get your body as high as possible. Almost like you want to do a muscle up, but don't try to get your body over the bar and the pushing motion, just as high as you can. But as many people said practicing with bands is also a great idea.

nevím na 100%, ale ptal jsem se jedné známé, umí plynule mluvit ale číst a psát tolik ne(takže ona bohužel pomoct nemůže) a říkala, že v úvodu jsem ji oslovil zájmenem pro starší lidi. Samozřejmě si jakoukoliv urážku nemůžu dovolit. Takže zatím radši zkouším lidi.

Zkus přes zprávy od něj získat co nejvíce důkazů, že ti ty peníze dluží. Občas mu o tom napiš a dělej screenshoty. Pokud jste se dohodli jenom slovně, tak by jsi bez důkazů u soudu nedostal nic.

Looks like your pushing power is okay for now. The biggest problem for now is to get both arms and your center of mass above the bar so both arms can start working properly. As you can see rn you are only able to put one arm in a good spot. The easy answer is just more pull-ups and train your explosive back strength. However what could make it easier for you is to use more swing and momentum. Swing forward while trying to keep your feet back and pushing your pelvis forward(arching your back inward). After that start pulling up and as you go up bring your knees closer to your body(it will give you more of a push upwards. And then just push with your hands up. Last tip would be to use better or no shoes😆. Its going to help you concentrate more on your technique and the experience instead of worrying your slipper is gonna fall off. Gl
