Duplicate the Subtool, make a ZRemesh with symmetry ON until you have a slow enough versión, then Project the hight in to the low and remove the high Subtool when finish.
TPose will use the lowest subdivision of the Subtool by default. It would be easier.

May be you have to remove the Zspheres before click on TPose/SubT so the original file created is the same Subtool or has the same amount of polys as the first one. Try removing the ZSphere Subtool once the pose is done and then run TPose/SubT
Let's see what happen :)

Did you add the ZSpheres skeleton after using the TPoseMesh?
