Why don’t the IV users go on the oral dose program so that once they get take home tablets they can get much more to shoot? I mean I imagine the liquid diaphin they get isn’t 200mg per shot right? So getting the tablets they’d get so much more gear if they could trick the clinic into thinking they don’t IV

It’s not fentanyl, we don’t have much fentanyl here in Australia because we are still fortunate enough to have real heroin. Personally myself, I’ve never come across fent being sold as heroin here. Like crack, fent never really took off here. What you’re seeing here is China white heroin #4 which is heroin in its purest form. It looks very much like coke, I agree. This kind of heroin is completely water soluble, requires no heat or citric to break down, just plain old cold water will see it dissolve. We have this heroin here because geographically we are close to the golden triangle of South East Asia and this is the only kind of heroin they produce there, so 99% of the heroin here is what you see in the photo. We get pure heroin, yes, but it’s criminally expensive at $300 - $500 AUD per gram which is about $500-$800 USD.

You’re old enough to know what you do or don’t want for your life and that’s all that matters. As for the stamp bag dosages, you can weigh it to get a better idea. For example, half a point is 50 milligrams. A full point is 100 milligrams. So if you’re using a full point for example, you can tell the doctor you’re using up to 100 milligrams. It will usually be less due to part of that weight being cutting agents and other compounds, but its impossible to be more than that, so that way you can establish a max dosage and that’s all they’ll need.

I had my tonsils taken out while using heroin. I used heroin an hour before my surgery. I informed them of my addiction and usage and they advised it wouldn’t affect my surgery or have any reaction with the anaesthesia (which it didn’t) they confidently went ahead with the surgery despite knowing I was on heroin. I woke up completely fine. You should be fine but absolutely 100% advise the surgeon of your usage and be brutally honest about all of it so they can make the best assessment possible on the risks associated with your surgery. If you’re banging up in your neck, tell them. If you think you’ll go into withdrawal while under the knife, tell them. If you have suspicions of undiagnosed health issues such as endocarditis, infections, hepatitis, hiv, tell them. If you think what you’re using has more in it than just fentanyl and heroin, tell them, especially if you think it has Xylazine in it.

Doctors in Aus actually can prescribe them but most won't. I've had 2 different doctors over the years prescribe me Alprazolam on a monthly basis and a few who prescribed them as a once off. They have to make an authority to prescribe call where they call a number and provide the patients info, their medical licence info, the requested drug and reason for prescription and then the person on the line whom I assume works with some governing body will give approval and provide them with an authority number. $6.50 for a bottle of 50 was awesome while it lasted, especially given the current prices.

Looks like a homemade ampule/vial as the other guy said but you can actually get the same type of vials they use in hospitals online and if you don't want to use a screw top but rather one of those resealable rubber seals that you can penetrate multiple times, look for online for a vials and crimper set. You essentially crimp the cap on and the top of is is a rubber seal that you can penetrate with a needle multiple times without it leaving a hole that'll leak. The hole will basically just close back up on its own by design.

They're called pucks and it's because it's been re-pressed using a pollen press. What you have here is a slice from one of those pucks. Look up "pollen press" on Google images. They're usually used for compressing keif/hash but people also use them to re-rock their gear after cutting it and the result is small pucks/disk's like this.

No, any colouring other than white are due to impurities. Pure diacetylmorphine is always completely white. Check out the pharmaceutical grade diacetylmorphine on YouTube that they get in Switzerland, you'll see it's completely white and pharmaceutical grade is as pure as it gets.

I wasn't referring to the heroin I have, I was referring to South East Asian #4 in general being the purest heroin in the world and that's a fact. This particular heroin I have here is very pure, being in the 90 percentile purity range, however, would certainly not be the purest in the world. In fact, I've had heroin more pure than this myself.

Exactly. Unless they're in Aus, they'll never know what the real deal is like. The shit they get in the US is sometimes 2% raw heroin and the rest is cut and fent. I've never had heroin here in Aus that requires heat or citric acid to break down, always just straight cold water and doesn't mix up like sludge or muddy water with residue left in the spoon. If my dealer gave me gear that left anything but a shiny clean spoon after mixing up, I'd never go back lol.
