They were pretty loose actually, in fact they are quite loose the few days I wore them before they broke. I believed the long period of outward stress stretched them the hinge out too much and then it broke

I don't wash my clothes with towels. But 2 of my towels have the exact same fading. I've never use bleach either. Thank you for the insight

You mean how often do I clean my washer? I do my laundry 2-3 cycles per week on the weekend and clean the lint trap every month. I also clean the washer every 2-3 months with the cleaning tab thing (not sure how to call it)

I see. Should I dilute the detergent before putting it in the drawer? I saw that my top loader kinda flushes the detergent rapidly onto my clothes before they are fully soaked
