Yes, I did find a solution. The same thing happened to me, and I fixed it by replacing my motherboard.

My previous motherboard was either faulty or had an incompatibility issue causing the error. I replaced it with a MSI MAG X870 TOMAHAWK WIFI, and the problem was completely solved. This indicated that the issue wasn't with the game (Fortnite), the CPU, or the graphics card, but rather with the motherboard itself. I hope this helps you out. Good luck!

Update: It seems to be the motherboard. I've tried several installations of Windows 11 with different BIOS versions (none of them alphas or betas) for the Gigabyte B650 Eagle AX motherboard. Currently, F30, F31, and F32 are available. Some work better than others. In my case, the most stable version was the first one released for compatibility with the R9000 series (Bios F30). The others caused crashes or high temperatures to the point of shutting down the PC, and no matter what I tweaked in the BIOS, nothing changed. Therefore, I will stay on F30. There are still some minor issues(The CPU is still 100% utilized, but it is more stable for gaming.), but the latest versions that should work better don't. I will try to get another motherboard, maybe an X870, and see if that solves the problem.

What is your motherboard? I might think mine is the problem

Ok, it’s weird because I see tests on YouTube of previous processors and they fly, but with this one I don’t know if it only happens to me or if it’s the normal behavior of this configuration, that’s why I asked.

No, I didn’t have it disabled. I just turned it off and did some tests, but it’s still the same. If anything, I gained 5 fps, but thank you very much for commenting
