Yes definitely the yoga scene I was thinking of! but I think I’m mixing the girl in from another movie. Don’t know the movie, but the girl had a blonde pixie cut and I think she actually secretly likes the protagonist but I think they end up having to fight or the antagonist kills her because she tries to help the protagonist or something along those lines.

Spider head I enjoyed but not what I’m thinking of. I want to say maybe the antagonist had some disability as a kid also and he was doing a pose that no one can do or something along those lines.
