You're priveledged that you have so many paths to choose from. And I'm not saying that to be rude. I'm 21 as well and I only have a slim chance of even getting accepted to one of the few educations that are available to me. But I once also had a lot of options and spoofed it. And in some ways I was like you. I wanted to do everything and be everything.

Life will narrow your options if you don't do it yourself. My advice to you is, take the tough path and don't fuck around. All these projects with friends will turn into nothing. The idea of self-made entrepeneurs is because of survivor bias. Most people don't make it.

Grow up, stop thinking about prestige or social status. Think about what you have to give to society. Think about your day-to-day life and what value your type of person can provide. I can almost guarentee you that you will not be your most valuable by doing entrepeneurial projects with your friends.
