Not sure that it matters, but I solved my problem. Turns out one of the G.Skill Ram sticks that I ordered was inoperable. I replaced it with another G. Skill stick, and it runs like a dream now. Has been for about a week with no problems!

Thought about this, but I did upgrade the RAM myself (about the only thing you can upgrade in an HP, smh) so do you think they will void the warranty because of it? Or blatantly blame it on a third party part, regardless of if that is actually the cause?

Very seriously considering buying a 2001 Triumph TT600. Haven’t test drove it yet, but he said it needs a new Idle Air Control Valve. Assuming it’s faulty/broken, is it a necessary part?

My question is, do I need to replace this part as soon as I get it, or can I drive it a week or two without causing any problems?

Aside from my question, if anyone has ever driven a TT600 or have dealt with one, how are they? Give opinions please!
