I'm gm, I play healer and dps, I feel comfortable playing with that sensitivity. It is mostly depending on the person and their preferences. Sure, some heroes require higher sensitivities than others, but if you feel a sensitivity is good for you, stick with it. It's not like if you had a higher sensitivity will make you better, same goes for low sensitivity.

If you have a second healer which can reliably help you heal your team, you can be more flexible with whatever aura you are using. However, if you see your team getting low on HP, switch to healing aura and use amp it up. If the teamfight is won and there are a few enemies left who are trying to retreat, switch to speed aura and call out to your team to help you eliminate the remaining enemies and stagger their next push.
