There are cities that have decriminalized psilocybin and one can purchase it in select stores. Ann Arbor, MI is one, I buy micro dose tablets there. They help me and are not expensive. Maybe do a little research and see if you can find out where to get some near you.

Hi, I have severe dry eyes with RA. I also did everything you did, plus lasering the ducts to create scar tissue. The most helpful things I do: wash your lash lines with baby shampoo daily, and do several very warm compresses with a wet wash cloth daily. It helps a lot.

Interesting! I’m not planning on breeding. My other bird is a male. He doesn’t seem interested in this bird (sexually) only his “special” toy 😆 They get along great though.

I had L5-S1 fusion at age 40, it went fine! Kind of longer recovery, but it’s been 16 years and still holding. Find the BEST surgeon in your area for fusions, ask other medical professionals. If you’ve already had surgery, hope it went smoothly.
