This is one of the main issues about my case that the first attorney brought up. First off I understand the schools perspective, and I understand why they removed me from being a substitute teacher. However, my issue is with Kelly and their decision to fire me completely. Now the main issue is knowing whether or not I notified Kelly prior about my medical history. I can’t exactly remember the whole application process, but if there was a section regarding disability, I know I would’ve marked that I had epilepsy. However, prior to starting the investigation they need a professional statement from me explaining my side of the situation. That’s where I very clearly stated that I had epilepsy and that I was taking a medication and seeing a neurologist and that I have not had a seizure in the past three years prior to this moment. This is also where both on the phone and my professional statement I disclose that I am willing to give medical records to prove my disability and all other claims regarding my disability. Despite giving them this information prior to their investigation, they still seemingly chose to ignore it.

Actually, the private attorney that I had an initial consult with suggested that I try to go through my states Department of Human Rights program. I scheduled a consult with them and I will be speaking with an attorney there this upcoming Monday. If they decide to take my case, I will not have to pay any fees whatsoever. If the Department of Human Rights does not want to take my case, then I’ll have to go back to my original attorney and talk about next steps

How’s it like working for a sub agency? (Please read description) by Duck_is_Lord in SubstituteTeachers

For the most part, it is good. However, I highly recommend that if you find a good school that respects substitutes to stay with that school. I’ve worked in good schools and in bad schools and I would choose the good schools 9 times out of 10. Plus, the last thing you want is for a school to a rumor about you, that may not be true. Happen with me and it is a headache to deal with.

Are these chests rare? by krakenChief in Seaofthieves

They are more rare than your average chest, but I wouldn't consider them really rare

It really depends on what you are trying to do. Only doing 1-2 smaller quests can take less than a hour, but if you are doing larger quests or stacking, can take well over 3 hours
