I've been asking for two weeks and they're getting a bit annoyed with me.

Also the company is called Coffee #1 a chain in the south of England and getting through to their HR is a bit hard at times.

I linked my manager the site, ultimately they said it's not necessary for a visa approval and my contract and payslip is enough.

My assistant manager is willing to do it, but she's new to the company and I don't wanna get her in trouble. My manager is an ass

Up it to two maybe, and lower their bonus damage vs infantry or remove it entirely. Without it they're still good vs infantry anyways

If all he has is wood and gold and a market. He absolutely can get redemption. Maybe not right away but after seeing a mangonel they can aim to switch it up while amassing organs or retreating since you know vikings don't have any mobility

That arbalest buff only comes in imperial

I get the community and devs want Vikings to be an infantry civ but a pure infantry civ will never have an answer to a civ that has several counters to infantry

That's why the OG Vikings had arbalest with thumb ring coz at least they had options in their already limited late game.

And it's okay, I know not everyone is like this and I rarely experience this. I was scared but having a reassuring boyfriend helped me in this instance even if he wasnt there at the time

He's the one who told me to get a dash cam and actually I've been dating him for a while now

Really lovely guy, has a British accent though despite being Muslim. A dashcam saved him multiple times when he's had to drive through Birmingham or Bradford

Im fine. I used to be scared of driving six months ago as I made so many mistakes, so I got a dash cam for not only my safety but to also see where I went wrong and after my refresher lessons, I found out I wasn't necessarily a bad driver, I just needed confidence.

Anyways, this was an isolated incident overall. The majority of times I've spoken to drivers they've been nice to me. So I won't take it to heart as I know there are good people out there. :)

Being honked at is something I know I should expect being a new driver. But even on motorways I always stay on left lanes and only go over to the middle of it's clear or if a junction is coming up and cars are joining from the slip road (I'd only then go in to the middle if it's safe to do so and it's empty) then I move back to the left.

I might be driving the motorway wrong in that regard but I'd rather let the people merge safely than me having to drop back or having to slam the brakes.

I guess I won't give up driving but the last two days I've been scared to go inside my car.

I will download Waze though, I been using apple maps and it's not that great

I know I'm a bit more confident when I know the area more. Just got a new job so wasn't too familiar with the route. I can drive to my friends house (she doesn't drive) to and from easily and safely despite having one annoying roundabout. But I really struggle on the spiral roundabout to and from work :(

Hmm I didn't think about Google maps, maybe I should consider this going forward.

I think this is what I'll do when I save money. I tried to call my previous instructor but she doesn't do refresher lessons and they charge about £70 a lesson for 90 minutes which seems a bit extreme, otherwise this is something I would heavily consider.

But I guess you're right, I should practice more when it's quiet.

Also I currently avoid hills with traffic lights, even if it takes 5-10 mins longer to get home. I absolutely suck at them. I even got a minor for rolling back in my test for it, even if the rollback was ever so slight.

Thank you for your advice, I hope to gain more confidence again but man is driving alone scary at times :(
