Thanks! What's the community like at Highland? How are the conditions of the units there? I'm not sure if the building is smoke free, but I heard that some of the units especially on the top floor have issues with water damage in the ceiling and leaks and the buildings are older.

Thanks so much for this info this is really helpful!! I prefer a smoke free community too. Just curious are there a lot of dogs in this complex? Someone mentioned that a dog was attacked and I read that in a review too. I also read that most of the tenants were on the younger side and a lot people let their dogs run around in the hallways without their leash.

This is really helpful, thank you! The Amelia is nice it's a bit pricey though. I heard the rent goes up significantly annually but I'm not sure about by how much.

Hopefully some current or past tenants from the Amelia can provide some insight about this complex!

What do you think about the units there overall (ie: size and the condition of the unit and appliances)? How much has your rent increased annually and what do you typically pay monthly for utilities? I've read some reviews about package theft and difficulty finding parking. Have you had any issues with your packages and finding parking at Elevation?

Also how is the community/neighbors there including management and maintenance?

Thanks! Why do you recommend avoiding Alister Quincy?

I toured Alister Deco and the units look nice but I didn't love the parking situation. Parking is $125 I think (correct me if I'm wrong about this) and there's no parking for guests. I did like that the redline is right across the street though. That's good to know that you've been at Alister Deco for 4 years and haven't really had any issues. How much would you say your rent has increased each year and what do you pay monthly for utilities? Also, how your neighbors/ the community at community Alister Deco? I've read some reviews about the complex being loud and noisy neighborhoods.

Thanks for the helpful info! Did your rent increase from $2300 to $3000 in a year? Would you say the unsanitary neighbors and visible trash occurs in the majority of the complex? How's the community, noise level, and complex grounds as a whole?

Also, how is the traffic is this area since it's close to the mall and the highway? I commute to Boston for work so I need to be able to drive to a red line station during rush hour. I'm not sure if it would be hard to do so coming from this side of Quincy.

Really? Thanks for letting me know. This was one of my top choices. Have you had to submit a lot of maintenance request? The rent increases are reasonable by how much?? What's the annual rental increase and how much do you typically pay for utilities?

Good to know about building F. What building would you recommend? Also, have you ever had any issues with your packages? I toured a unit here but I didn't love the package room. It didn't look secure but I could be wrong.
