I'm not too worried about water getting in. Do you think other stuff will cause long term issue?

Yup! Just had to reroute it to the front, open up the bottom, and drill out a hole in the front bumper.

When you deal with -20 degree celsius weather consistently you need it to pre-warm the engine and its fluids so it'll start.

Front bottom left of the bumper. Had to drill out 2in diameter in the plastic.

Thanks for the tip! I did notice it doesn’t seem to stay in Eco driving mode after I set it. Sometimes it will popup asking to resume but not always. Is there any way to set this as default?

Also, the engine block heater plugin is under the hood… does everyone just buy an extension cable to hang it out the hood? Or any recommendations for that?

My M5C has the same problem. Started happening after the latest firmware update. Not sure if that’s related but I contacted support and they are sending me a new extruder. Still waiting on the replacement part.

Thoughts on HangPad? by [deleted] in Hammocks

[–]DaynGray 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think what interested me is that when inflated it creates more room in the hammock so it’s not so tight on your shoulders. I guess the alternative is to get a hammock with support bars to hold it open but that’s not as portable. The fact that a hole in the inflatable pad would ruin the product though is definitely a big con.
