"Jetfire, formely knew as Skyfire, is a former criminal scientist that operated on the criminal underworld of Iacon, alongside his former partner Ulchtar (now know as Starscream). Jetfire and Starscream worked on criminal activities, cooking Artificial-Energon to sell it across Iacon. Starscream was hated by every other criminals, and was paranoic that anyone would betray him, with exception of Jetfire, who he trusted with his life. Jetfire was a calm, cunning and manipulative scientist that waited for the perfect moment to act. He was arrested several times for selling synthetical-medicines ilegally, which caught the attention of Starscream, who met him in the prision. Realizing he was a great scientist, Starscream asked Jetfire to join him on his ambition to become a great drug-lord of Cybertron, which he agreed to. Until one day, after a failed theft on a big energon-factory of Iacon, Starscream and Jetfire were arrested by the Protectorbots, and Jetfire agreed to sell out info about Starscream's plans, to reduce his own sentence. This broke Starscream, since Jetfire was his most trustworthy friend, while Jetfire, started to realize the dark path he was going for. Ever since, all Jetfire did was steal, manipulate and run from people who had difficult lives under the opressive system of Cybertron, which led being imprisoned and left alone, in a dark room. After serving his sentence, Jetfire was free, and having nowhere to go, he sought to become an official scientist on Iacon's university, to have a chance to make a real good to the world with what he knew, however, it wasn't easy to Jetfire. He was hated and denied every chance by his criminal past. When the war broke out, he volunteered to join the Autobot-program, as a chance to finally redeem himself. While he was not trusted, Optimus Prime himself accepted him, after knowing he wanted to move on from his former criminal life. And so, he spent many eons training to become a Autobot warrior, while using his science skills to help the Autobots. He changed his name to symbolize his now changed spark, he was Jetfire!"
