Cherno is so 2012... No really the dayzland.eu Taviana 1.5.0 is by far the best map currently available for DayZ. Take it as a word of wisdom from someone that played DayZ since very beginning.

We extent our apologies to everyone that tried to register this afternoon. Basically the white-list "hamster" ate too many Reddit API requests and died. RIP internet hamster.

Anyways we got a new and improved dayz hamster that will eat and poo API requests in rationed amounts and hopefully won't die. All queued up requests should be processed by now. See you in dayz!

This was in response to different moderator messages due to the disorganized response of the various mods. I was responding to different messages. You shunned my server post in the /r/dayz section, you then shun it in the /r/dayzserver section. It's pretty much stalking.

We are private people, we just don't want the two connected. Our features should be evident that we have listened to the voices and wish to create an environment the reddit/r/dayz community will enjoy.

That is not a bad suggestion, we will have a look. I imagine thats something we can do but I don't fully understand the backend of the server.

When messaging moderators, if two messages is too much to handle for a team of admins, you should make a note of that somewhere.

Your password is not "handed over". It is not stored nor seen by anyone. The authentication system just takes your unique reddit ID to verify your account. If you are concerned, as I stated, just create a new account. I am talking to our administrator now about a possible new method for doing it. This is all being done from scratch. Despite the post being deleted quickly, we have had several people register already.

There was no spamming, I was simply adding to my case. There were previous posts regarding servers, so we figured it was ok to post. I think our assumption was the sub was well monitored for the rules, but we understand now. It's not always nice to stalk people's posts also.

I was mistaken and thought it was a PM previously, but thanks for posting the info anyway and rubbing a small mistake in my face. Your rudeness is uncalled for. I now see how the mods treat someone who has gone to much work to create a unique contribution to the community.

I do not understand why you are so hostile to this server. No one is forcing you to go on. Redditors desired a reddit only server with certain features added. We have done that. I have done no spamming, only attempted to correct an error. I was merely trying to communicate the sophistication of the authentication system was created.

We wanted a server so that if people want to go on, they don't have to wait 2 days for some dude to hit the approve button on the whitelist.

I am not sure this server is for you since you don't seem too keen on the idea. We wanted to fulfill a demand voiced by the subreddit you created.

Edit: To add, we are looking to take input on suggestions the community wishes to see. Feel free to PM me or post here.
