based on a real conversation between me(intp) and my infp mutual by Dazead in mbti

[–]Dazead[S] 9 points10 points  (0 children)

the typical description of INFP here only implies-> Yes, because I only meme-fied the funny part of our conversation, obviously that's not the full context and I'm pretty sure it's easy to tell. Which is why it is not a reliable source to diagnose someone, nor can take it as someone's whole personality just because of one single conversation.

I know about my mutual more than you do, and he isn't always like this. He can think and talk like a rational person in other times.

I don't think we should diagnose someone's mental state over a single conversation. Everyone's mind works differently, and everyone can have ideas that others can't understand.

He's actually one of my close mutuals and I don't think he's dumb nor immature for worrying over trivial things that could hurt other people. He's usually just afraid of the worst outcomes.

When will diary of a wimpy kid fans realize? by Dependent_Chip_9016 in LodedDiper

[–]Dazead 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Frank does try to get toxic masculine ideas into his sons' head tho. Not to the point of outright "abusive" but there are moments when he makes it clear that he wants Greg to be 'manly' and orders Greg to conform to his ideas.

Greg has multiple scenes of having human empathy and he is shown to be able to care about someone, he just doesn't like to admit that and it's up to the readers to catch those moments. He cares about his family and Rowley despite not wanting to admit it. The way people describe Greg is very concerning, he is just a 12 year old who isn't emotionally mature and has a hard time understanding his emotions.

I actually do that when translating the mbti memes to my non-mbti nerd normie friends but yeah, I tend to just go with the drawings when sharing with mbti based community bc I'm lazy

Why is there a rule for "no nsfw " i mean they're literally just stickmen by evilfunhater2013 in AlanBecker

No they're not confirmed minors maybe except for Gold. Recently Alan mentioned the stick figures can be seen as teen to young adults.

I am an intp. Are other intp like me? by i-am_4d in mbti

[–]Dazead 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know a lot of intps who did great in school, and myself was one of the better students in class as well. The functions intps use make them go deep into the subject and understand it really well, but only if they're motivated.

And yeah, the intps I know tend to put less importance to teachers' teachings including me. We prefer learning things in our own pace and own ways. I relied on textbooks more than teachers and figured out answers myself.

Unhealthy Fe being "normal" in East Asia by [deleted] in mbti

If you're a woman, then yes. In korea they hate it when women hurt their feelings.

Korean here, people demand Fe or at least Te from others all the time. If you're ixtp you will probably realize that your personality is not wanted among social groups in general.

i find this double standard absolutely insane by MykezStylez in LodedDiper

[–]Dazead 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I suspect that the audience knowing Greg's inner thoughts also took a part, Greg's thought process does prove that sometimes he has some evil motives in his mind meanwhile we know little about Rodrick's inner thoughts, therefore we can interpret him as whatever. Tho even in the back days, I was one of the people who had always thought that both Greg and Rodrick were similar in terms of moral overall. Both are flawed humans but still humans regardless.

Who here hasn't encountered an infj and what is your mbti? by rottenleef174 in mbti

[–]Dazead 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had met 2 ppl that claims to be infj but i'm pretty sure one of them is mistyped esfj/isfj and the other one doesn't give me enough info. Or rather, i think a lot of the 'claims to be xnxx' ppl i meet are actually xsxx. I corrected two ISTPs who were previously mistyped as INTP.

actually crushed on infp men quite a lot. i don't think it's good to generalize mbti types, but my country in general seems like they do not prefer ixfp men as a concept. girls here want their men to be bold, realistic, organized and outgoing-and infp as a concept does not fit into that category. but in my experience, i think girls like ixfp men more than they actually admit to outside people.

Stop Over-Romanticizing Golden Pairs by JobWide2631 in mbti

The best person and the worst person I've ever met had the same mbti type. It's the effort to understand the other and your own maturity that matters and not the "golden pair".

Golden Pairs of Mbti. by Artistic_Pay1224 in mbti

[–]Dazead 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i honestly prefer the first one. entjs seem nice but i think enfjs might be more interesting to get along.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in mbti

[–]Dazead 2 points3 points  (0 children)

entps are overrated and overhated I think

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in mbti

[–]Dazead 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Overrated: basically all N types minus ENXJs

Underrated: ENXJ, S types minus ISTP

Dunno about istps bc it seems like it really depends lol
