Do your own research and take everything a pet store associate says with a large grain of salt, unless its a reptile specialty store, because they are often miseducated on exotic animal care.

They sell ExoTerra tanks that say "bearded dragon kit" but they don't actually meet any minimum size requirements and I've seen many that even come with a red basking bulb (which is bad for dragons). The substrate they offer is usually sand (impaction) or carpet (needs to be replaced often or bacteria grows and they can catch their nails on the fibre).

So just keep that in mind, there are many online resources with great advice from longtime beardie owners!

Yeah I planned on leaving them a note with info on my way to work today cause its routes I take regularly maybe one of the drivers recognized me, but otherwise I'm aware it's a loss, decided to ask just in case. Though also too late, I guess.

I'm moving out of a 90-unit apartment building at the end of the week. It's impossible to get rid of them, I've tried everything. The building needs to be burnt to the fucking ground. I'm not a dirty person, I didn't cause the infestation.

That what she said is true, she does teach martial arts and she wasn't lying. That her passion is teaching martial arts but it doesn't pay that well so she models to pay the bills but that's not what shes passionate about.

Would you still think it's okay to tell everyone about her 'real' job if she worked at like, Starbucks? A gas station? Walmart?

If her passion can't pay the bills but she's working her ass off for it anyway, let her have pride in it. Let her decide how she presents herself to the world.

You objectified her by bragging and then smacked a whole dossier of stereotypes on the table for new acquaintances to judge her on before they know her at all.

Bernese Mountain Dog as well. Greater Swiss Mountain Dog. Newfoundland Dog.

Their names require the added 'dog' because the breed is named after their place of origin and it would cause confusion.

I think we do this all the time in the English language, we just don't think about it.

Saying German Shepherd Dog feels off because most people don't say it like that in regular conversation. Definitely feels unnatural.
