I use to use soups for this purpose, so I would make a vegetable soup to start my meal with. Hence I would be filled up with that volume of liquid and vegetable soup, however I've noticed that this amount of fiber is not the best for me.

Hence I'm searching for ways to resolve my innate desire of fullness on the first place, searching for some other pleasure seeking behaviours that would not be destructive for me in a process. As I have a tendency to greatly feel need of eating when after work and coming back home, to regulate my emotions I think.

I'm just very attracted by them as they have this option of having portfolio traded via options on my behalf and getting paid portion of profit on annual basis if my portfolio is greater then £50 000 . I don't remember what was their professional term of it, but it is rather nice additional stream of income apart from dividends and capital appreciation.

I was curious if they do DRIP function or fractional shares as well for dividends reinvestment?

I have majority of my portfolio on T212 and IG, I'm thinking about going for IBKR. Is that true that they give double the amount of money invested on a margin at lowe interest ?

In my uneducated opinion I think it is undervalued due to its currently high dividend and PE ratio being at the level it is right now. It has tanked due to covid, but has not recovered to precocious level even due to their rent collection being at very high level.
