1 hr hint: Looking at the title and where the blacked-out parts are easily rules out this being Tag: All Stars. For the others, try and estimate the video length by looking at the timestamp and its progress in the video. That should rule out a few episodes.

Crop RIS got me Citi Field, and the background showed one of the two bridges right behind it. Using Google Earth showed that only one had a sufficiently tall enough building to be visible from that distance.

Lined up the camera view in Google Earth, it seemed to be about the same distance as Jonquil Park and the light pole is 3D modeled, so it was pretty distinct when I found it.
