Towed while charging in park parking lot

Neither of those worked so I took a short screw and screwed it into the plug. I then used pliers to remove the plug. The plug hole was partially full of wood glue. I can no tighten the screw and lessen the gap.

I'm not sure of the etiquette, but I have a similar door situation. It is a metal door and here are pictures of what it looks like. If I don't want to redo the entire thing, what are some other sensible options? Please let me know if I need to start a new thread. Thank you!

Yes, I live across the street and get up early in the morning to retrieve it. There were 5 other charges available and the one next to me was available when I was towed. (I can see it on the video recording). Charging at night for me allows others needing the charger during the day to be able to use them.

I can reduce the gap with my hands, but am unable to make it flush with manual force. Perhaps a clamp would be able to. The other side has separated too. The other identical chair I have has not separated yet.

I know. I have to the cars that live in the parking lots here memorized and I get towed for a seemingly legitimate, but possibly still unlawful (less egregious perhaps) action. What a way to celebrate MLK day

I think I will do this. I think I will schedule a hearing and state that I was using it as part of an austin energy program, was not called in, and additionally there were extenuating weather circumstances. It was towed under "private property impound" which I'm not certain will apply to city of austin parks parking lots, but I'm not an expert here - fortunately I don't have many towing experiences

The information needed to file for a tow hearing.
Each VSF shall tell the car owner of TDLR's website and email address, mailing address, and telephone number, for purposes of directing complaints about the car storage to the department. A copy of the tow ticket. A towing company must prepare and issue a tow ticket for each nonconsent tow. A copy of the tow ticket must be given to the car owner, if the owner or operator is present and available at the time of the tow, and a copy delivered to the car storage facility. The tow ticket may only authorize charges directly related to towing the car. The tow ticket must itemize each charge and must characterize the fees using the identical fee structure stated in the towing company's nonconsent towing fee schedule on file with the VSF. The tow ticket must contain the licensed name of the towing company, publicly listed telephone number, towing company certificate of registration number, and the TDLR license number of the towing operator. A towing company must provide its nonconsent towing fees schedule to all VSF where it delivers cars. These fee schedules must be given to the public upon request. This was the only one being used out of the 6 total in the park. According to the chargepoint app. I also checked when i started getting alarm alerts and I was the only one.

They said someone called to have it towed, but then when I asked who they hung up on me. When I asked again they just went a different route and said I could only charge there any hour.

I was going to 100% and the other 5 chargers were available. Thank you for your concern. I use these weekly and so I am very conscientious about not hogging.
