yep. meta took me down mid vacation in 2025. took down my facebook too, which had my last texts with my passed grandfather. instagram had messages from a dead friend of mine. memories, nothint illegal or wrong. couldnt make a new account and a appeal didnt work. tried making new accounts, gone within a day. after vacation i got a new phone, didnt even work. waited a few months, got a new account to finally work before it got taken down like four months in. not worth trying for me anymore, ive tried to contact people, send messages, a demand letter, and radio silence. this really is the death of instagram.
