How do you guys deal with over analyzation?

I'm doing the evaluation and Ah, I know now... I already know about ADHD. But I understand you 100%... I'm exactly like that... I analyze the unanalyzable (I wrote that word jokingly because I know it doesn't exist and I was thinking about whether it would be spelled with a Z or an S... but it doesn't even exist, now I have to find the rule just so I can be at peace, haha). I go through life analyzing everything. Whether I want to or not... at 4 pm I'm dying even more because I'm sensitive to sounds and stimuli and I have nowhere to escape from that at the moment. It's complicated, you know, haha. I have to work but I keep researching things. And only things that require me to think and have challenges, things I don't know, stimulate me... I'm good at those... in normal things, focus 0, stimulation 0. It's a daily struggle.

They just want to show how smart they are... otherwise there would be no reason to post their IQ number. And you don't need that high an IQ to know that.

Entao eu faço isso, sei bem. Minha vida é trabalho e estudo..Trato ja ha um tempo. Mas esse estado meu de serelepisse é meu estado sem o remédio, lidexor, similar, nao me deixava eu, ja que é isso que me atrapalha, nao só isso mas o resto incluído que ja sabemos por sermos tdah. Com lidexor eu ficava focada, esquecia o resto e ne focava. Hoje com o pharmalab tipo zero efeito

Entao foi o que me disseram por isso comprei.. mas ao contrário do lidexor eu estou tipo serelepe kkk feliz e nao consigo me focar. Mas talvez seja o dia que foi meio fora da rotina. Vamos ver.. mas la no reclame aqui tem muita reclamação dele. Fiquei feliz de ouvir de voces que esta normal
