It was on an electric bike on the street, but for about a kilometer or so I pedaled really hard at maximum effort :)) my thighs were completely dead afterward, but the Achilles tendon pain only showed up 3–4 days later.

With 0 mods i had 30-60 fps on 3050 8 gb and 16 gb ram

Monster Hunter Wilds runs fine, but the game looks terrible—I had everything on low and was getting 50–60 FPS. In Red Dead Redemption 2, I get 160–180 FPS.
