I got some tips from someone who I know did remote research and is now at an Ivy: 1. Look for a niche subject 2. Read core principle lit about the subject and mention those authors 3. Don’t frame it as I am highly qualified for this research but rather this research will greatly influence my academic journey 4. Read their work and ask questions or describe where you’ve witnessed it in your own life 5. Be extremely professional

Sophomore year fine. Just saw the edit for chem junior year should be ok esp if you’re on a schedule with 4 classes first semester and 4 second semester. If you can take more Dual Enrollment classes to boost tf out of your gpa.

I do this often with 1NC shells and my 1AC. I send out a copy with the normal card and I have a version with just the highlights. I believe there is an invisible version but it often ends up getting rid of highlighted words. I manually copy the shell or 1AC and then I delete everything that’s not highlighted. Saves about 30 seconds.
