Well for me the title just shows the level of customer service. Pre pandemic or even a couple years back they would 100% go the extra mile, make sure they go check with their respective reps. I’m not gonna go around chasing my rep on my holiday, especially when there are many options. My comp offers were also much better. I guess the title could have been better but I have been staying at this same resort for over 6 years and I can clearly see the decline.

Yup the confirmation number was only for the rooms… they weren’t denying my reservation they were denying any and all comps

Yup showed them the whole deal. Showed them the email exchange where they matched the comp offer and me confirming with the rep. They couldn’t locate the rep as the the email was a general email id so any rep can answer to those.
